En GRUPO MAEN rechazamos la Reforma Constitucional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Representa un retroceso que limita la competitividad y la innovaci\u00f3n en el estado.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nos unimos a la cruzada contra la reforma al Poder Judicial <\/strong>misma que, propicia el sometimiento al Poder Ejecutivo, genera un escenario de concentraci\u00f3n del poder, poca certeza para la llegada de nuevas inversiones y por consecuencia la nula generaci\u00f3n de proveedur\u00edas para el sector empresarial, adem\u00e1s de la politizaci\u00f3n en designaciones y decisiones aut\u00f3nomas de los jueces, as\u00ed como de magistrados, vulnerando en su totalidad el Estado de derecho en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al fijar un posicionamiento nuestro Presidente, Cuitl\u00e1huac P\u00e9rez Cerros, <\/strong>con relaci\u00f3n a dicha reforma puntualiz\u00f3 que: se generar\u00e1 un escenario de concentraci\u00f3n del poder con la falta de \u00f3rganos reguladores que limiten la participaci\u00f3n gubernamental, destruyendo la autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es por eso que los empresarios de Aguascalientes que formamos parte del Grupo MAEN<\/strong>, rechazamos dicha Reforma que no solo afecta de manera directa al entorn\u00f3 econ\u00f3mico y empresarial de nuestra regi\u00f3n y que, en lugar de fomentar la inversi\u00f3n y el desarrollo, representa un retroceso que limita la competitividad y la innovaci\u00f3n en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Incertidumbre Jur\u00eddica:<\/strong> La reforma genera un ambiente de incertidumbre que desincentiva la inversi\u00f3n tanto nacional como extranjera, afectando la creaci\u00f3n de empleos y el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Impacto Negativo en la Econom\u00eda Local:<\/strong> Las modificaciones propuestas podr\u00edan perjudicar a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, que son la columna vertebral de nuestra econom\u00eda, limitando su capacidad de operar y crecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Desconfianza en el Proceso: <\/strong>La falta de di\u00e1logo y consulta con los sectores empresariales y la sociedad civil en la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta reforma es preocupante. Instamos a las autoridades a considerar las opiniones de todos los actores involucrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Compromiso con el Desarrollo Sostenible:<\/strong> Los empresarios de Aguascalientes reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con un desarrollo sostenible y responsable, que no se ve reflejado en esta reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Violaci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos:<\/strong> Se prohibir\u00e1 la libertad de expresi\u00f3n, por consecuencia se perseguir\u00e1 a los cr\u00edticos del r\u00e9gimen gubernamental, prohibici\u00f3n del derecho a juicios justo y no ama\u00f1ados, libertad de asociaci\u00f3n, inseguridad jur\u00eddica y la total desconfianza de las instituciones oficiales, corrupci\u00f3n, autoritarismo e impunidad de funcionarios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LLAMADO URGENTE A LA ACCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hacemos un llamado a las autoridades locales y federales para que reconsideren esta Reforma, priorizando el bienestar econ\u00f3mico y social de Aguascalientes. La colaboraci\u00f3n entre el gobierno y el sector empresarial es fundamental para construir un futuro pr\u00f3spero para nuestra comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, Cuitl\u00e1huac P\u00e9rez Cerros<\/strong>, reafirm\u00f3 que el presente posicionamiento busca expresar de manera clara y contundente las preocupaciones de los empresarios, para que lejos de ser sometidos al control y manipulaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del gobierno, se deber\u00e1 priorizar el di\u00e1logo y lograr los consensos constructivos para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico y no de la clase pol\u00edtica dictatorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
